HIIT Circuit

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Boxing

Is your ultimate fitness based boxing class.  It’s fun, safe and will increase your strength and endurance.

Kickboxing

A full body workout using hands, knees, elbows and legs. From beginners to experienced. This class will leave you feeling strong, confident and motivated.

Circuit

Is your total body strength and fitness workout. Using a variety of different strength and fitness exercises this is the ultimate fat burning class.

Yoga

The class caters to all levels of experience from beginners through to the more advanced, so all are welcome. With a main focus on stretching and core work, it is sure to compliment any other form of training you do.

Spin

This is the hardest, most enjoyable workout you’ll do on an exercise bike. A group based class with varying intervals based on time, distance, intensity and resistance level. Spin classes will:

  • boost both aerobic and anaerobic endurance
  • torch calories
  • increase your metabolism hours after the workout is over
  • provide a highly motivating workout environment

To put simply, spin classes are hard. Really hard. They are a highly effective addition to your fitness program and do a great job of kick starting fat loss!

• Please arrive on time and join the warm up to ensure you are ready for each class
• 6.00am early morning classes are of 45 minute duration
• All other classes are of 55 minute duration
• Please use water to re-hydrate yourself during your class & a towel for hygiene
• Please advise the instructor if you are new to the class, have an injury or an illness
• Cotton inner gloves are required for all classes that involve boxing
