Our instructors are skilled and qualified coaches, We will teach you proper punching technique, which will deliver an overall more effective workout and prevent injury.

These classes are designed to tighten and tone muscles, burn fat and greatly increase fitness levels. Boxing is also fantastic for stress relief. So come on, get among it!
